More than thirty years ago, Tri-Tronics began selling the A-1 Remote Trainer that delivered one high level of electrical stimulation at about a mile range. Houndsmen primarily used this original product to keep their dogs off unwanted game.

Tri-Tronics now manufactures products that allow dog handlers to use either continuous or momentary stimulation with a wide spectrum of intensity and a range up to one mile (up to two miles in the Trashbreaker Ultra II). Our customer base now ranges from casual trainers to professionals with National award-winning dogs.
